Along with the yearly harvest, En Primeur is definitely the most important event of the year for the Chateaux bordelais. The regular tastings in order to reach the final wine blends is tedious – Thomas Duroux, CEO of Chateau Palmer in Margaux gives an insider look on how they reach their final product in preperation for the En Primeur.
Chateau Palmer, one of the Grand Cru Chateaux in Bordeaux (3e Cru Classé – Third Growth), has been setting standards for generations and today, continues produce one of the highest quality and popular wines the region of Bordeaux has to offer.

Great video. Although It is a tough subject that could have been boring to watch: you have succeeded in bringing rhythm into it. Learned a lot. Great professional you are. Congrats.

don’t feel like playing the clown all the time and I found the interview with Thomas extremely informative. Now if only I can take my “rythm” and translate to the drums!
