Interviewing Gary Vaynerchuk wasn’t just a “big thing” for Wine On The Rocks but for me personally as well – and it was my first interview – not that day or week, my FIRST interview. I’m so not good at this and my apologies to Gary for interrupting him all the time – not only do I suffer from diahorrea of the brain but my mouth’s a waterfall too. Oh well.

Finkus, you did great – it was great – questions were pretty short (big mistake of many interviewers who do long, long, complicated questions) and quite original too. Can’t wait to see the next one.

The wine at the end: “Ojo de Agua (Dieter Meier) Malbec – 2007 Cuvée de Famille”. Gary was referring to the hand written label & 0,5L bottle format… which looks like a test sample but is actually the way it’s marketed. Will put a pick up on Twitter.

I think we just missed one another… I think you were there the week before. But we’ll definitely meet up again sooner rather than later… Paris isn’t far and who knows? Walla Walla may just be on my calendar next year!

ich fand das Interview ein wenig gestelzt. Längst nicht so lässig, wie die anderen Sachen auf Deiner website. Trotzdem hut ab, dass Du Gary vor das Mikrofon bekommen hast.
Was wäre das Off-Interview gewesen??

das Interview war m.E. nicht schlecht, jedoch weitab von jener Lässigkeit, die die anderen vids auf Deiner website bisher auszeichnen.
Was wäre das Off-Interview gewesen??

danke für das ehrliche Feedback. Ich muss zugeben, dass ich schon ziemlich nervös war. Bei Jancis war’s noch schlimmer!
OFF-Interview: er hat schon richtig entschieden und viel Wahl hätte Gary nicht gehabt… drin stand “Go to ON interview…” Ich wollte nur sehen wie er wählen würde :-)
